Had furnace cleaned and checked. Polite and professional. Technician. Would recommend.

Entire team at Tiger-air is amazing. I’ve used them for over 25 years. They always keep my furnaces and a/c units running even if a problem comes up at time outside “normal business hours.” They have serviced not only equipment purchased from them but other existing equipment “worth repairing” to save me money.

Great company! Jesse and Dan were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for air duct cleaning or other services they offer. Thank you!

Had my air ducts cleaned by Jesse & Dan. Both were very professional, and did a thorough job. Showed me before and after pictures, and explained the entire process. Also answered any questions I had. Will use them again in the future. Thanks!

Great service as always

This company is absolutely top notch. My furnace went out on New Years weekend and they sent a tech within hours on Saturday to get it up and running. The tech let me know I would need a new motor and then called me on Tuesday with a quote. Theo came out to replace the motor today and was so friendly and efficient. The best thing was the quote they gave me was what was charged (no hidden costs like other companies). This company has definitely obtained a customer for life and I will be telling anyone that has a furnace issue to contact them.

I had a fantastic experience with Tiger Air company. The customer service was outstanding, and their communication throughout the process was excellent. From the initial inquiry to the completion of the job, they were professional and attentive. The team ensured that I was well-informed at every step, making the entire service seamless. I highly recommend them for their great customer service and communication skills.

Theo is excellent in his personality and professional work. He is considerate. Thanks Theo.

This is a good company to consider for HVAC. They check in when they are on the way and are punctual. Their staff is quick and efficient. They keep you updated and let you know about additional service options, but in a very pressure free way. I appreciated the staff at my last service laying out the options and not trying to oversell. The prices are fair and I also appreciated my applicable discount being honored.

Charles was very Knowledgeable, friendly, honest very informative. Tiger air is a great company. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Our 30 year old furnace died. Tiger air sent a technician within an hour to diagnose the issue. We were provided multiple space heaters and by the next day we had a brand new furnace installed in 4 hours. There was no leftover mess. Prices very reasonable. We will be lifelong customers.

I had such a wonderful experience with Tiger air! The coldest week of the year my furnace decided to die and they came right out and had a new one installed the same day! Unbelievable customer service.

I used Tiger Air because i had a 59.00 coupon for Furnace Check. and we have only had the house for a year. I could not be happier. Dan the technician was wonderful, very nice, very informative, and honest. He told me exactly when i would need more work and how to go about it. I will definitely recommend them to anyone for Heating. I will call them again next year for my air conditioning check. Very considerate.

Theo did a fantastic job. He diagnosed the problem right away and explained all the options available to me. He was courteous, professional and forthright. I won’t use anyone else.

friendly well educated

Best HVAC company in Cleveland. Did a great job installing a new unit in 2018 when mine went down unexpectedly and have great service offerings to make sure the in it stays in top shape. Theo is the best tech!

Theo was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He thoroughly explained the process. He was able to squeeze us in the schedule before the holiday which was greatly appreciated.

I think this ended up being a bigger job then we originally thought, but my wife and I appreciate the team that came out to clean out our vents and then even prep us for the upcoming maintenance appointment as well. I will say I would have appreciated some heads up in regards to how to prepare the house such as if we needed to move the pets due to the loud noise or clearing up some space around the vents themselves. I'll update this thread once we complete our maintenance appt as well.

We have dealt with both Charles and Theo from Tiger Air so far, both of which are EXCEPTIONAL at their job. The people working at this company are all knowledgable and communicative and aren't there to waste your time.

Theo was an outstanding professional and very personable. He kept me informed about each step he was taking and why. I highly recommend, Theo.

I am very pleased with choosing tiger air! Phil is awesome and Theo is the best! Thank you for all you do God bless you

Theo was great. He is knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to talk to and will advise you but doesn't push.

Jessie was on time for our scheduled appointment and professional throughout the entire duct cleaning service. The results were excellent and I highly recommend this group for service in the future.

Tiger Air was wonderful, very courteous. Theo was knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could weigh my options. The pricing was great too. The installers were great, on time, finished the job timely and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call them back in Spring to install a new air conditioner. I would definitely recommend TigerAir to others.

Dan was great, called when he arrived and my doorbell didn’t work when he rang it. He remembered being here for a previous job, he found the problem quickly, told me it was a loose connection in the boiler, fixed it and only charged me $37. I couldn’t have hoped for better than that!

Theo was very friendly and knowledgeable of his craft. He was very personable and did not try to push me towards any thing that would cost me extra past what I would need. He gave me multiple options and told me exactly what I needed done for my furnace to operate optimally

Charles was very professional, friendly and addressed the issue we had with our furnace!
